Arx - primus Ltd. is a licensed realestate agency, present in the market for more than 15 years. During this period we have, throug hour work and attitude towards our clients, become the leading real estate agency in Umag and Istria.

The agency has a large base of properties, mostly in the town of Umag, Istria and Kvarner, primarily apartments by the sea, flats, old Istrian houses, urban and stone houses, construction properties and agricultural land, offices and projects with buisness (tourism) purposes, so that we can find a desired property for every potential buyer. To speed up the sale of the property we also have a base of potential customers.

• in collaboration with a law firm we provide a comple legal certainty in buying and selling real estate (production agreement, registration of ownership, tax assessment)
• after the purchase/sale, we will arange all formalities regarding a transfer of communal bills (water, gas, utilities...) and we remain at your service for all questions
